RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by
30 Day RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: Joe will accept merchandise
for a full refund, exchange, or store credit (less the shipping charge) if returned
prior to use and in new, resalable
condition within 30 days of the original sale.
60 Day EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: Joe will gladly issue store credit
or exchange for your new and unused merchandise
for another color, size, style, etc. within 60 days of the original sale
(Be sure to contact us for exchange product availability). Please be sure
to note clearly color, size, or product exchange details. (Joe
hasn't yet mastered mind reading!) A 5.00 dollar handling fee may apply.
90 Day EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: Did you miss Joe's
30 AND 60 Day deadline? No problem – Joe is still willing to work with you. We will
offer store credit or exchanges for merchandise returned in new
and unused condition within 90 days of the original sale.
A 15%-25% restocking fee may apply.
90 Day Used EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: If your merchandise has been
used or is otherwise not in New Resalable condition, Joe will still accept your
merchandise for up to 90 Days. (Wow this is unheard of!!) Once the merchandise arrives
at our fulfillment center, Joe will inspect it and apply a credit value from 0%
to 75% based on saleable condition.

Shipping Fees: Joe has a very straight forward and equitable plan
here as well. You pay the shipping to us and Joe will pay the shipping back to you
on the first exchange (From time to time, Joe will need to charge a minimal return
shipping fee based on the value of the original order.). Joe, at his discretion,
will return your merchandise via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. (International

Joe understands that it is hard to just "lose" the money you spent for
shipping and that some of his customers will be angry about this program. Joe asks
that you consider the process of shopping traditionally in your local store(s) for
a moment. Now we all know that our time is valuable, gas is expensive, and miles
on your car aren't free! Now think about the validity and the response you would
get if you were to exchange or return merchandise at any one of your local stores
and you asked/demanded that your time, mileage, and your gas expense be refunded
as well. In the e-commerce world, the shipping expenses that you pay are far less
than the value of your time running around trying to find what you want, much less,
the mileage and gas expense you incur. In addition, most of the time you are getting
the merchandise at a much better price than you can locally and your selection is
