I was swimming circles around those with rental fins or cheap "costco" sets A good pair of fins., 1/5/2007 Reviewer: Robert Pinder (Dundas, Ontario) I'm a newby snorkeller but after using rented uncomfortable, sometimes heavy fins for a week in Hawaii I purchased a pair of titanium Caribe-x's and am very pleased with them. They are beautiful to look at, beautiful to see in action (says my wife), are lightweight, easy to get in to and very comfortable. They seem to have good power and (as the product desription says) little or no lateral blade movement. I'd buy again and in fact did - I just ordered another pair for my wife from JDA.
