No complaints about the mask, but I'm especially pleased because customer service made a special effort to get my order out quickly, shipping within a couple of hours of my order on a Friday afternoon. Note also that what appears to be an extra set of lenses is (I think) just the original plain lenses stored in the boxes that the prescription lenses came in.

I received the mask within time frame stated by customer service. Customer service quickly replied to all questions before and after purchase. All communications were through email, so the quick replies helped do away with any concerns I had about the product and ordering process.
Since the lens are not prescription, I asked my eye doctor for advice on which diopter lens to order. I ordered the mask with +2 diopters for both lens. When I received the mask, I was very pleased with how well I could read the small numbers on my computer and gages.
I have used the mask on four dives without any problems. The mask is comfortable, doesn't leak, and actually seems to fog less than my Mares mask. The construction of the mask (size and materials) is very comparable to the Mares masks that I own.
I am very pleased with the mask and Joe Diver America's customer service.

I received my goggles in just a few days! They were everything Lillie said they were but much better. I am extremely pleased with these goggles. No leaks to speak of even though I have a full beard. I am able to see close up and far away! Thanks again .

The prescription lenses worked great. I spent some time in Key Largo at a great reaf and was able to see everything well with the magnification. The only thing that could have been better is the nose piece is small if you have a large nose. Do they make a single lense with larger viewing area?

After years of only seeing blurred colors, it was great to be able to see so clearly. Prescription was exactly right. My eyesight is very bad, but with just the basic lenses, I could still easily read the pressure gauge on my scuba tank--bifocals were not needed. Even with a strong prescription, the mask and case arrived very quickly. Absolutely no leakage. Mask fit very comfortably and adjusted easily. Joe provided an additional set of lenses. The case is worth it to protect your lenses and store your glasses when diving or snorkeling. I recommended the mask to other divers on on my vacation last week. Thanks for letting me finally enjoy snokeling and SCUBA for the first time.
