Nice warm suit!!!, 6/30/2008 Reviewer: Thomas Guy (RIVERSIDE, TAS) Wore this during a weekend on the Tasman Peninsular (Tasmania, Australia) while my partner was doing her cert. dives. Water was a balmy 11°C (52°F) down to a depth of 18 meters and didn’t feel cold. I'm 6'4" tall & weigh 109 kg (240 lbs), got the XXL and found it was a neat fit (bordering on short) through the body. However it was nice and firm around the wrists and calves which limited water movement through the suit. As this suit is marketed as a cold water wetty it would really benefit from having a built-in hood. I used a separate bibbed hood which seemed to do the job fine. I chose international express as delivery and received the suit in approximately 1 week. Even with the international freight bill I could not find a better value wetsuit at my local dive stores (LDS). I have recommended this suit to many temperate water divers as well as the LDS. Good suit, though not terribly sturdy, 8/21/2007 Reviewer: Mitchell Brenner (Fanwood, NJ) I bought this wetsuit to do my cert dives in NJ, and in water as cool as about 60 degrees, I was warm and comfortable. The complaint that I DO have about it, is that after one weekend of use (4 dives) the threads around the ankles and wrists are already showing signs of wear. I guess you get what you pay for, but I admit I did expect a bit more "toughness" from a wetsuit, particularly one of this thickness! A note: the threads wearing has not effected the suits functionality or warmth, though I do have some concerns about how long the suit itself will last now...but over all, a good suit, and you really can't beat it for the price. Excellent value with nice quality, 9/26/2006 Reviewer: Tim LeGrand (Cleveland, TN) This is a good quality suite. I bought for running a dredge in cold water and it kept me very warm for 8+ hours. The knee pads are molded nice, and good and not stiff like some others. Shipment was a day faster than I expected too so that's a plus as well. I am ordering one more, the next size up because I was hoping to fit into a size smaller suite than I should have ordered, but it is a great wetsuite. Thanks joediver!
