Cramp-reducing, independent foot pockets prevent you from having to kick with your toes. The foot pocket extends to the end of heel to prevent foot fatigue. Flexible, space-age blade material gives you maximum performance. Rebound and recovery is the key to maneuverability and power. A lightweight, high performance fin, The Ramjet is also very versatile (can be used for diving or snorkeling). Elemental to power from a fin is efficiently directing the transfer of energy. To kick with your legs is ideal. Most fins attempt to have you kick with your legs but actually do not let you, putting undue stress on the ankle. Power-loss results from a fin's wrong configuration of the point of axis. Ramjets solve the need for diver propulsion via leg muscles. Ramjets are indeed the only fins that release power through axially-derived energy. Yes, the strength comes from your legs.

Ramjets' patented independent foot pocket transfers power directly to the blade, giving you complete control of your kick. Other fins, based on a single-piece, blade-and-foot-pocket construction, just claim to give you more power. Split blades fins, for example, self-oscillate in the water to give you the illusion of more power but actually rob you of the energy you need in rough ocean currents. Ramjet fins on the other hand, were tested in extremely rough conditions, and proved more stable, gave more maneuverability, and allowed more thrust without added effort. Ramjet fins relatively provided less resistance. For all this to have happened, Ramjet fins had to have been developed to withstand the most rigorous tests.

Allowing pool-testing was what the competitors did and was not part of the ramjet's design methods. What feels good in the pool, a controlled environment, was not going to be what the diver would experience in the face of currents, swells, crevices, protruding coral,uneven topography, walls, caves, and everything else that may differentiate the pool from the ocean.

It leaves no water in the snorkel, at any depth, or any angle. As you submerge, unlike other snorkels, its patented Anti-Lock Valve closes the airway, keeping out all water. When you come up for air, a pressure release valve automatically opens the airway, allowing you to breathe. Water never gets in. Even water from wave swells, whitewash, and splashes are completely blocked. You'll be able to snorkel without constantly having to clear water.

The pressure release valve is designed to allow air into the snorkel as you surface. The release valve is located just above the float and opens the airway when air passes through tiny holes in the valve. This automatic valve release system allows air into the snorkel as you come to the surface. As you submerge, during free diving, the snorkel's air spaces become compressed by surrounding water pressure. Exhale or blow slightly into the snorkel to eliminate the air squeeze or ascend to the surface allowing air spaces to expand. Made of high grade marine-purpose rubber, the pressure release valve is also easy to maintain. Spray with hose after each use.

The Dry Snorkel's Anti-Lock Valve System (AVS) is a three-part, fully integrated float design. Unlike a one-part ball system, the AVS ensures the most effective way of blocking water from your snorkel. the flat-topped cylindrical float (blue) acts as the primary moving part. The float closes the airway upon water contact. A pressure release valve (red) sits on top of the flat-topped float, both moving upward simultaneously as water contacts the float. The pressure release valve falls down as you surface for air. This one-way valve system allows exhalation underwater without water entering the snorkel. The Dry Snorkel may be submerged at any angle even upside-down. Somersaults and various other maneuvers may also be performed without flooding.

Ocean Master's Beta Titanium is custom-formulated to give you a harder, long-lasting edge. Knives made of the more common alpha beta alloy are generally softer and less likely to resist dulling. This Beta Titanium knife is made of the rarer beta alloy, whose tighter molecular structure provides the greater strength required for cutting.
