Whether you’re going deep or out on the town, you don’t have to change the St. Moritz Shadow Watch for an occasion. This quality timepiece is equally suited for life within and beyond the boundaries of civilization. The high visibility blackout superluminous index points transform from bright white in daylight to an intense glowing green, depending on the previous light source. The unidirectional ratchet bezel also has a glowing index so you know how long you can stay submerged or when the timer on your parking meter expires without any additional light. Unlike the glowing watches of old, the St. Moritz Blackout superluminous material in the Shadow Watch isn’t radioactive, but it still glows for hours after being exposed to bright light for just 30 minutes.

History of St. Mortiz
St. Moritz commenced operations in North America in 1980.
The corporation designs, manufactures and distributes
watches, specializing in high-performance sports watches.
In the 1980's we also worked with some top Swiss watch
brands, developing their distribution and service in
North America. This was a very good learning experience,
but we found that by making our own designs, we could
deliver great products and provide our customers with
better value for money (often using the same high-end
components as the better-known, "luxury" brands). Today,
while we focus on developing watches under our own brand,
we also design, manufacture and service watches under
other brands, for a number of well-known companies. Our
Corporate Division designs and builds watches with custom
dials and logos for a growing list of corporate customers.
From the beginning, we have made our watches to last and
backed them with the best possible after-sales service.
We sell through specialty, full-service retailers, so
you will not find us in the large chains or discount stores,
but our products are now distributed throughout North
America and in a growing list of countries all over the
world.
In their current collection, you will find watches featuring
mechanical movements and traditional Swiss watchmaking
craftsmanship, as well as, the latest high technology from
Japan. Bands and other components come from many different
countries around the world, including Italy, Germany, the
United States, France and Hong Kong, with each component
carefully selected for the best possible performance and
value. Every watch has its own "story", which they have
tried to summarize for you in this on-line catalog.
They operate their own Factory Service Centers in the United
States and Canada. They do this because we believe that
high quality watches need high quality service. In 1999,
they opened a new Service Facility in the UK. Planning
for an additional Service Center in Japan is also well
advanced.
St. Moritz is now one of the fastest growing lines of
specialty sportswatches in North America.
Their corporate philosophy is based on
three elements:
Function:
At St. Moritz, they know that you count on your watch. They
incorporate powerful new technologies in their watches
and avoid gimmicks, to make their products as functional,
reliable and affordable as possible.
Form:
They invest extra time in the small details, to add something
special to the design of each model. More than just a
good, functional product, every watch has a look and
feel which sets it apart and makes it a little out of
the ordinary ....
Service:
Finally, their commitment does not end when you buy one
of their watches. Long after the initial sale, they
provide prompt and professional after-sales service and
maintenance, to keep your watch working well and looking
good ... for a very long time. They do this in their own,
fully equipped Service Centers.
Good watchmakers should be able to service St. Moritz product
anywhere in the world, but we recommend that you use our
Factory Service Centers whenever possible. We have trained
technicians, the latest watchmaking equipment and original
parts. Turnaround is FAST! - Your watch is typically serviced
or repaired and shipped back to you within 4-5 days.
Service charges are affordable. Whether you need a simple
battery change, a replacment for an original St. Moritz
band, or a major repair, St. Moritz handles it promptly
and efficiently.

in manufacture for an initial period of 2 years. Send the
