Directions for Mask/Swim Goggles:
Spray small amount on wet or dry lenses, rub gently over entire area, and rinse. Avoid touching the inside of the lens during and after rinsing.

Other Applications:
Also prevents fogging when used on sunglasses, eye wear, face shields, ski goggles, masks, mirrors, paintball googgles, binoculars, etc. Spray onto all lens surfaces. Gently dry with a soft cloth.
