The Mini Carbine rock and reef gun is light and fast for use on medium- size fish. The 27 inch overall length makes this a gun that the spearfisherman can easily pack and have available on any dive. Carbine guns feature: Handles and muzzles made of black ABS plastic for long life and dura- bility. Triggers made of hardened stainless steel. Shafts made of hardened spring stainless steel. Spearpoints made of case hardened cold roll steel, nickel plated. 1 black 1/2" x 14" surgical rubber sling. Shaft is 9/32" x 22" hardened spring stainless steel. Single Barb point of nickel- plated case-hardened cold roll steel. Effective range is 9 feet using standard shockline. The Carbine guns are virtually maintenance free. After use simply submerge in fresh water and allow to dry. Then apply a thin film of oil to the spearpoint. Store out of sunlight to protect the rubber. What a deal from JoeDiver!
