Dive Equipment Review Testimonial of the Month:

My Name is John Workman. I am a first year grade 6 teacher in Ontario , Canada . I recently finished my scuba diving course and was very excited to dive the local Canadian waters. One problem: no scuba equipment.

In my search for relatively inexpensive equipment (teachers don't make much up here), I searched throughout stores in Canada , and even visited a flurry of Canadian websites to find coldwater gear. It was still much too expensive. I decided to search some American sites and came by yours. Needless to say, I was blown away by your prices.

In my reckless pursuit for a total coldwater package, I was graciously confronted by one of Joe's customer service representatives. She was not only hospitable and accomodating, but she also worked very hard to offer me the most affordable and high-end products available. She even assured me that Joe would do his best to serve my needs.

In one week, I received every piece of equipment I needed at a fraction of the price I expected to pay.

This is just a letter to say thank you. You gave me what I needed, to fulfill a lifelong dream.

Dear Joe: I just had to write you. My hurried, gear-gathering experience with you was nothing short of terrific! When I needed gear for my family fast, you came through -- on time -- and delivered it with personal attention. As I had explained to you, just before our Disney Cruise vacation (well overdue) I discovered my old, beloved, 1976 Healthways purge valve dive mask had finally deteriorated. You recommended that I try your Oceanmaster Triview purge valve mask with the Q strap (at a great price, by the way). WOW! If anyone hates having water in their mask as much as I do, they'll absolutely be thrilled with the mask. Plus, the Q strap made it most THE most comfortable mask I've ever tried on. Your personal selection for my two young sons for snorkeling was, again, perfect. I taught them to snorkel in St. Thomas without a hitch. Kudos to you and your company! It was obvious that your years of experience in the retail scuba gear business, and your vast knowledge of scuba diving, play an integral part in your concern for complete customer satisfaction. I just don't see why anyone would even think about getting gear anywhere else.

A few days ago, I had a question about sizing for a Men’s Mares 1mm Revolution suit. You advised me to take the larger of the two sizes. I followed your recommendation, and purchased my suit. Hello, I just placed my order for the .5mm suit. I just wanted to tell you that as a very frequent buyer of stuff on the net you have one of the best and easiest web sights I have used. It's easy to search, very easy to buy and the direct link to paypal where my entire info is automatic (rather than having to paste your address, the ammount due, the order number etc.....) is great. For a "small" business owner the sight is easier than a biggie like JC Penneys.
