All Dive Rite regulator system components incorporate Viton® O-rings and are assembled using oxygen-compatible lubricants. With Dive Rite regulators, you don't have to make expensive and performance-robbing after-market alterations to use oxygen-rich gas mixtures. Affordable -- Serious divers rarely own just one regulator. Dual-outlet manifolds, stage and deco bottles, and backups add to the total. Serious divers have a pressing need for regulators that combine top-of-the-line performance with something more reasonable than a top-of-the-line price tag. Dive Rite regulators are very affordable. Serviceable -- Dive Rite regulators all feature an impressive limited lifetime warranty. Some divers choose to avail themselves of warranty service at authorized service centers. Others prefer the do-it-yourself method. With Dive Rite, there are no mysteries. Balanced-Diaphragm First Stage -- The ultra high-performance RG2000/RG1200 first stage features four low-pressure 3/8-inch ports on a swiveling base, and two high-pressure 7/16-inch ports. Its symmetric design and port alignments support a huge variety of mounting orientations and hose routings. It comes standard with a 300-bar DIN connector and yoke adapter; The RG2000 Balanced Regulator The RG2000 uses the same high performance, balanced-diaphragm first stage as the RG1200. And, like the RG1200, its second stage is adjustable for breathing resistance. The key difference is, where the RG1200 uses a conventional downstream second stage valve, the RG2000 uses one that is pneumatically balanced. The use of a balanced second stage valve offers several advantages. Chief among these is improved performance -- particularly at depth. The deeper divers go, the more noticeable the decrease in breathing effort becomes. The use of a balanced valve also extends the life of valve components. The RG2000 features an impressive limited lifetime warranty. All Dive Rite second stages come with a "Dive/Pre-Dive" switch. In the "Pre- Dive" position, a movable internal vane helps resist free flow. In the "Dive" position, the same vane helps create a Venturi effect that boosts performance.
